Rhinegold Media & Events is delighted to announce the conference programme for the first Music & Drama Education Expo | Manchester; the Northern region’s leading free CPD event for music & drama teachers.
Taking place on 4 October 2017 at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel, the free show will offer a day of high-quality CPD, unrivalled networking opportunities and the chance to try out hundreds of products at our comprehensive exhibition.
Sarah Lambie, Head of Content (Drama) said:
‘I’m excited about the forthcoming inaugural “Expo Manchester” in which we will be taking the enormously successful Music & Drama Education Expo to the north for one day only. We’ve taken a pick of the best sessions from the last few years in London, and thrown in some extra special new ones which will be available in Manchester only such as a brand new session on stage combat.’
Alex Stevens, Head of Content (Music) said:
‘We are thrilled to be bringing the Expo to Manchester and have been encouraged so far by the support from teachers, schools, suppliers – people from across the music and cultural education sectors.
‘We very much hope it will be the first of many such events for music and drama teachers closer to the north of England. It’s totally free to attend, so put the date in your diary!’
The event will offer 20 free-to-attend CPD sessions, catering for music and drama teachers of all key stages.
· Gospel choir workshop led by BBC Gospel Prom conductor Karen Gibson
· Stage combat in classroom study with Mark Ruddick, Head Instructor at Squire Stage Combat
